Cancellation & Refund Policy

We know plans change! Here’s exactly what happens if you need to add, remove, or cancel guests on your booking.

If you reduce your group size or cancel

  • 7 or more days before your tour date: Full refund of the value of the guest(s) being removed (minus card processing fees, which are charged to us by the payment provider and unfortunately can’t be refunded).
  • Between 48 hours and 7 days before your tour date: 50% refund of the value of the guest(s) being removed (minus card processing fees).
  • Within 48 hours of your tour date: No refund for the guest(s) being removed, as we will already have made arrangements (transport, food, guide allocation) on your behalf.

You can manage your booking — add guests, remove guests, or cancel entirely — any time via the Manage Your Booking page using your booking ID and surname.

If WE cancel your tour

If we (or the tour operator) need to cancel your tour — for example due to a typhoon warning or other emergency — you will receive a full refund, including all card processing fees, regardless of how close to the tour date this happens.

Card processing fees

Card/payment processing fees are charged directly to us by our payment provider on every transaction. We don’t add any markup — when we say “minus card processing fees”, that’s simply passing on the provider’s own non-refundable charge.
